Verrine cooked with crumbled mackerel from the Algarve coasts from the "small boat" fishing and local vegetables and spices.
This verrine is truly unique: It is produced in a traditional way, in small controlled batches from fresh mackerel and not from production residues.
Ideal for aperitif on toast or toasted bread, it is also very useful for cooking or preparing a pizza.
