Products are made from natural and local raw materials using traditional or artisanal know-how: All our products are authentic Portuguese products.

I meet craftsmen who still hold ancestral know-how, who work alone or organize themselves into producer cooperatives to ensure the survival of their work and who offer fantastic and high quality products that just need to be highlighted.

I meet young entrepreneurs, proud of their origins, overflowing with creativity and eager to show the new Portugal to the whole world. They draw the sap of their creativity from their roots and from the history of their country to which they add their own modernity.

I meet manufacturers who are happy to see that their products finally meet the success they deserve, busy to create gorgeous businesses and who are committed on the quality of their production and the respect for their environment.

They all deserve to be known and we maintain an honest relationship with them by providing them with the showcase they need and the fair compensation for their work.

We want you to be amazed by the products we have selected for you and we take the utmost care in providing the best possible service. That's why we are making 4 promises that we consider as being essential:  

We promise that your order will be dispatched in its entirety and without delay. All the products despatched on our website are available in stock, even  those manufactured by our craftsmen. No surprises, no delays! You order and your products are immediately dispatched to you within the same package.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, you can't order it. For example, sardines are canned per fishing seasons. When the fishing season is over, there is no more supply. No way for the manufacturer to use sardines from other origins and no way for us to betray our partner and no way for us to collect your payment and promise you a future delivery. 

We promise you that you will receive your package quickly and very carefully packed. Your package is carefully packed by us, we do not outsource the storage and order picking. We use dual or triple thickness cardboard boxes designed for the carriage of goods. Each item is carefully packed individually and protected from shocks.

You can choose to be delivered at home or at a pick-up point but, in any case, we ask our carriers to give it to you against signature only. If your package is damaged or lost despite this, we will replace it immediately.  

We promise to refund you on first claim if you change your mind. We pay the greatest attention to the description of the products we have selected. We take the pictures ourselves so that you may be able to  figure out all details. If despite this your order does not match your requirements,  if you have made a mistake or simply if you have changed your mind, we will exchange or refund you within 30 days of your delivery date. 

We promise to answer all your questions. Any opportunity to discuss with you, to get to know you better or to tell you more about our products is a chance we don't want to miss. We are a small team and we are often on the move because we are constantly searching for amazing products all over Portugal but we will do our best to answer you quickly.
