Order packaging
We consider the inspection, packaging, transport and delivery of the items you have ordered to be an essential part of your expectations.
To achieve this, we apply a method based on 10 successive manipulations, without ever hesitating about the time spent or the materials used.
After lengthy tests of commitment and responsiveness, we have selected a single carrier to whom we entrust all our parcels and who will deliver them to you, wherever you are in the world, to your home, to a relay or to a consignee, offering tracking at every stage of delivery.
1 - Rigorous control of every product.
We guarantee the impeccable quality of every product. Every item is carefully checked on arrival in our warehouse, then inspected again before shipment.
This ensures that any product that does not conform or has been tampered with is rejected, so that you receive an item that perfectly matches the one you have chosen from the photos in the online store.
2 - Individual packaging for each item.
Each item is meticulously wrapped in tissue paper delicately scented with a Portuguese fragrance. This first step protects the item from dust, while ensuring a pleasant experience when opening it. For fragile parts, we add extra protection by forming a “Overprotection” of paper that specifically envelops these areas.
Next, the entire object is wrapped in bubble wrap, positioned with the bubbles facing inwards.

We use bubble wrap, recognizable by its green color, made from 50% recycled materials and fully recyclable, in line with our eco-friendly approach.
3- Precise cardboard packaging.
To ensure easy handling and optimum safety, we select suitable cartons weighing a maximum of 4 to 5 kg. This lightness facilitates transport, while also allowing for delivery in the event of a deposit. If your order weighs more than 4-5 kg, we will ship 2 or more cartons.
We only use new double- or triple-flute cardboard made in Europe, with a minimum of 70% recycled cardboard, which is itself recyclable to promote the circular economy.
The inside of the cardboard is prepared with a layer of at least 3 cm of dunnage particles to isolate objects from external shocks. Items are then separated from each other by sheets of corrugated cardboard, providing additional cushioning.
We use only starch-based dunnage particles that decompose naturally and quickly, leaving no toxic waste.
Finally, each side of the cardboard is reinforced by a minimum thickness of 3 cm of “chips” and corrugated cardboard, guaranteeing perfect insulation against impact.
5 - Hermetically sealed security.
To finalize the packaging, the box is carefully sealed with plasticized adhesive tape, indicating the fragility of its contents.
Although we prefer recycled materials, we make an exception for this tape to ensure a strong, reliable closure. The plasticized ribbon we use is, however, recyclable, in keeping with our commitment to the environment.
Adhesive tape on all carton edges helps protect your order, but it also has a security function. If it's in place and hasn't been tampered with, it means your parcel hasn't been opened.
