Dócil is a wonderfully expressive green wine (Vinho Verde), with floral and mineral aromas predominating.
This wine offers floral and citric notes, with an overall impression of elegance and lightness. The palate is refreshing and aromatic, with an excellent balance of flavors and a long, mineral finish.
Like all green wines, it goes perfectly with seafood, salads, sushi and can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif.
